Meet Dr. Justin Lindsey
Dr. Justin Lindsey is excited to serve the community he grew up in by offering exceptional healthcare to the people of Roanoke, Virginia. Dr. Lindsey’s higher education journey began after serving in the U.S. Army when he received his undergraduate degree from Roanoke College. Driven by his passion for healing, he earned his medical degree from the prestigious West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete his residency specializing in Internal Medicine at LewisGale Medical Center. It was there that he sharpened his skills and prowess for diagnosing, treating and exemplifying unparalleled care to patients with simple to complex health conditions.
After his residency, Dr. Justin Lindsey served as a Hospitalist at Marietta Health System in Ohio and sat on the Board of Health for the City of Marietta and the Town of Belpre, Ohio. In addition to providing care at The Weigh Station, he is also the owner of Star City Medical.
Dr. Lindsey chose to pursue a career in Internal Medicine because he enjoys the ability to treat health concerns across the spectrum. He enjoys providing comprehensive care to his patients so they are able to live fuller, healthier lives. Dr. Lindsey places a strong emphasis on personal connections with his patients, making sure their concerns are truly seen and heard. He believes that healthcare is a collaboration between patients and their physician where he offers continuous support to identify individualized solutions for the best health outcomes.
Outside the office, Dr. Lindsey enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He also likes to fly planes, participate in outdoor activities, go to the lake and attend his children’s sporting events.
A proud graduate of Cave Spring High School, Dr. Lindsey is thrilled to bring families the healthcare they deserve in his hometown of Roanoke. In addition to delivering exceptional care to his patients, he loves the seasons this area offers along with the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains, but he could live without the pollen!
