The Weigh Station, a leader in medically supervised weight loss, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Program Technician. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and who are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a clinical setting.

Position Summary:
Program Technicians are responsible for supporting patients throughout their weight loss journey by assisting with clinical tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This position works closely with medical providers and staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient check-ins, including collecting vitals and other relevant health data
• Accurately document patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Provide patient education and support related to program guidelines and progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to support clinical operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Demonstrated interest in health, wellness, or medical weight loss
• Preferred: Current or former participant in The Weigh Station program
