Our meta-analyses of the current literature has convincing, yet not conclusive, evidence that a Plant-Based Whole Food diet is an effective, sustainable dietary plan to provide real weight loss results, and more importantly provide healthy sustainable living. After achieving your desired level of health and goals, the literature suggests that a continued Plant-Based Whole Food lifestyle is similarly effective to our low glycemic ketogenic methodology. And too that we are developing an effective strategy and plan for our patients that would prefer a vegan or a pescatarian diet.
