If you’re ready to get started click the button below to call or reach us at 540-982-0250 to begin your enrollment. An enrollment fee will be processed when you scheudle your initial appointment. After you’ve scheduled your first visit you will receive electronic forms to complete before your first visit, access to the patient portal and more.
***Due to limited appointment availability, there is a 60$ no show/no call fee billed for new patient physicals cancelled within 24 hours and it will be automatically charged to the card on file.
