Cilantro lime air fryer shrimp skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 tsp garlic purée

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • juice of 1 lime

  • salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Directions: Soak 6 wooden skewers for 15-20 minutes before needed. Preheat air fryer to 350℉. Mix lime juice, garlic, paprika, cumin and salt in a bowl. Add shrimp and stir evenly to coat.

Thread shrimp on skewers and place in air fryer with space in between them so they are not touching. Cook for 5-8 minutes and turn skewers halfway through the cook time. Transfer shrimp to a plate and serve with chopped cilantro and extra lime slices.

Note: Air Fryer temperatures can vary, so be sure to check your food is cooked thoroughly. It is always best to start with less time and add more if needed.

Healthy Air Fried Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 6 ounce salmon fillets, bones and skin removed

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Kosher salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

Directions: Lightly coat salmon with oil and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place salmon in basket and Air Fry at 360℉ for about 10 minutes.

Check the salmon with a fork to make sure it is cooked to your preference. Serve and enjoy!
